Terrible RGB Brightness

I really wanted to like this keyboard, but there are a few things I couldn't get used to. First, the keyboard backlight is probably the worst I've seen on a keyboard. 80% of the keys are dark even at night, and the transparent part of the keys is too thick so it doesn't let much light through, which makes it very uncomfortable to find the keys even at night. Some keys are not even readable during the day due to the textures/quality of the key faces. Now I could handle it since I don't look down when I'm typing anyway, but the only thing I couldn't get over was the backspace key location. For some reason they decided to shrink the backspace key by one key and put the backslash key to the left of it to take the old spot. It also changed the shape of the enter key since it used to have the old backslash key, which also makes the enter key very large. I'm not sure why they chose to do this, but it's a hassle when I accidentally hit the backslash key instead of the backspace key. This is particularly annoying as I'm a web design and programming student and use computers in the classroom, my laptop and my desktop at home, all of which have different keyboards. That means when I get home to this keyboard, I have to remember to change input methods because of the tiny back button, but switch back when I go to school. Like I said, I wanted to love this keyboard, and yes, it feels pretty good, but I just couldn't get over the glitches that it comes with. If these issues don't bother you, then this might be a good buy for you. As for me, I'll find another 87-key keyboard with a regular key layout.
