Needs a little tweaking

The device works well but the instructions suck. Chinglish and inaccurate. There doesn't seem to be a way to set the default performance, e.g. B. F° instead of C°. When switched on, the device begins to count down from 115, but the instructions say nothing about what and why it does this. Maybe self-calibration, but that's just an assumption. So yeah, all right, but god with the teaching!
