I'll be happy to change this review if I can get one of the sellers to get in touch and help resolve the issue. I received the car two days ago. It was sealed in the box, everything looked great. When I opened it, the ribbon was printed. Not too little either. All tape was used and bone dry. I exchanged it for a new one that was in the box. I followed the instructions exactly and installed the tape as per the manual. Not difficult. The rating there is 1 star. After entering about 4-7 letters, the tape rolls up to the middle, where it slides behind the guide. I fixed it by pulling the tape out all the way and reinserting it. I get 4-5 letters on paper and the tape sticks again. It's been a struggle with this car for the last two days. Typewriters, their maintenance or operation are not new to me. Something is wrong with this device. I would like to hear from the seller how to fix this or I will send it back.
