I was skeptical at first, but I love Ecoegg! Clothes come out clean and smell nice. It's a gentle scent, but you can tell that it not only masks the dirty smell, it's also clean. Just follow the instructions. Sufficient water is required for good operation, so do not overfill the machine. I also bought their detox tablets to clear our previously hard water from the car before we bought our new water system. We had no problems and are completely satisfied with the way it works. Much better and cheaper than the natural cleaners I've tried.
