Shoes need to be removed, not waterproof but other than that the fit was good.
It fit exactly as I expected but as I had bought them to put on clothes for rainy and cold cycling in Boston (I commute to work) it was impossible to get the pants on or off without shoes move out. Also note that they're waterproof, not waterproof, so you'll get wet if you wear them in the rain for more than a few minutes. My bike ride is only 15 minutes but my pants were wet inside when I took them off. I returned them for a much more expensive waterproof product from another company in Portland and so far I'm convinced it's worth the money.
