I like this software because it is very easy to use, user friendly and has all of my dispatch needs in one place. It's also good to have everything under one roof. There are some things about this system that aren't great but overall there isn't anything bad to say about it. The only thing we don't like is having to log into our account every time we want to do something with the app. This makes logging back in at times quite frustrating.
