I bought a Razer Chroma ARGB hub and I bought 2 packs to put on the back of my desk. The 1st package is ok, but the 2nd package had quality control issues. I noticed some hot glue that was further down the cable and during my installation it seemed like the hot glue ripped and the cables came with it. Remember, I did not impose anything and did not pull. The rest of the circuit boards are installed without any problems. Only 1 strip was defective. Otherwise I am satisfied with the brightness. Installation was easy once the light was on. The only thing I don't like is the quality of the included 3M tape. It's not the stickiest and I had to redo 4 pads because they came off the surface and didn't stick anymore. Luckily I had just enough of both boxes before they ran out. I have already ordered a free replacement from Revain. So that's at least a plus.
