I bought 2 packs of Medium for my 45 and 50 lb dogs. I measured accordingly and read the reviews and decided the medium would be fine. They have a neck size of just over 16. I wish I had gone for the large. I can still close the velcro, but most of the velcro is open. I use it in the morning/night in the dark. Should do its job well but if the leash can come loose. The rest is nice and bright, bright. Increase the size if you're not sure. Too lazy to return a cheap purchase for a larger size lol
