Does good massaging
This small device helps much in relieving tightness from those pain points specifically joints (for which I ordered this device). The pads adhere is of good quality and it does holds them at same point and doesn't pain at all during taking them off. I mostly use it at mode 21-24 and can feel instant relief. Its small and compact and very easy to take it with you during travel.
