These shoes look great. They fit as expected and are very comfortable. There's only one problem, and it's a big one - the collar above the ankle digs into the back of the leg. I received the shoes yesterday and walked 4 miles. It was one of the worst running experiences of my life. The pain prevented me from distracting myself from my errands. I was bleeding and now I'm in pain due to the strange gait I had to take to relieve the pain. I will buy thicker socks to see if they work. Overall, I'm disappointed in New Balance for their poorly designed product. I wish I had spent $100 elsewhere.
