The color cartridge connects to the printer normally every time. However the black cartridge didn't do this, I saw that it only showed black ink and then I went to print and it was gone. Maybe it was the printing company, who knows, I wouldn't continue with the job. I just decided to let it go. I got a new printer now it needs ink lol. I contacted this crystal company's customer service representative and she was absolutely wonderful. After using the product for almost a full year, I told her last week that I want to buy different cartridges and she informed me that they don't carry them. I give 5 stars just because she returned my entire order on a gift card. What a great company that takes customers at their word for a mistake and still fixed it after a year of not hearing from me. I would recommend this company to everyone. Keep it up!
