I like how easy it was for my team members (who are not software developers) to use so they could easily learn/use this system without problems! There were some issues with our implementation but we worked through those quickly because there's always someone around who knows what needs fixing or can help you fix something if necessary. We solved communication challenges between different departments in order to make sure everyone knew about each other's work being done as well as keep up date with deadlines coming soon from all teams involved within an organization.
