Review on Enhanced Reusable Written Handbook for Enhanced Support by Adrian Garcia

I have small wrists and this band fits my wrists perfectly. This is the best bracelet I've tried. It is well made and has a slim, removable heating/cooling gel pack. The only thing that could have been better is the instructions on how to heat the wrap. The thin gel pack gets too hot in the microwave if set to the recommended 30 seconds. Even half that time is fairly warm. If it wasn't for that, I would have given it five.
