Review on 🦷 Alfie Pet - Bessie Toothbrush with 360-Degree Cleaning by Timothy Louis

Bristle head rotates

This brush is stronger than I expected judging from the ad that it is for small dogs. I have a large dog but there are no 360 degree brushes that say they are for large dogs. I like that the bristles are more densely packed than a human brush. I love that the bristles are 360 degrees. My dog enjoys having his teeth brushed and willingly lies on my lap for our nightly ritual. But he doesn't quite understand how it's supposed to work. He feels like it's an adorable, fun competition between the two of us, trying to get through a few strokes before he grabs the brush and holds on for his life. I was hoping that if the bristles were sticking out from all directions my dog would feel scared enough for a few seconds that I could give them a few pats before he started chewing again. I also hoped I could rotate the brush between his teeth while he held it. The problem is that the brush head rotates. So when I try to rotate the brush, only the handle rotates. As I turn the handle, he holds the brush head in a death grip while simultaneously licking the toothpaste off it. With that he wins the competition. The brush head is quite small, which corresponds to the target group. While we were shopping for brushes, my family tried to figure out why all the ads for 360 degree brushes say they are for small dogs. We figured anyone who has a big dog would be too scared of them to try brushing their teeth lol. Let's be braver people! Help me build a big market for dog toothbrushes!
