When the pillow arrived in its small tube bag I was amazed to find that it was a medium fill king size pillow. It had to be fluffy and full. When I pulled it out of the tube it had 3 square shapes with gaps between each square. I was like, oh man, I'm going to send this back and move it. After about 5 hours I looked at him and he was growing, big and swollen. I was surprised. I've been using it for 3 nights now and I'm loving it so far. I suffer from neck pain and that's why I bought it, it feels great on my neck even when I'm on my side. I recommend this pillow to anyone suffering from neck pain. (You can also remove some of the filler if it's too thick for you)
