False advertising. Mine only has 182 bulbs, not the advertised 300 (14 rows of headlights, 13 in each row. Yes, I thought! Terrible for a little cape that's supposed to have 300 LEDs!). Also, there are no instructions on how to attach the giant metal poles to the sheer cape, which has sewn ends and no velcro on the sides to attach it to the poles. (The stem is too wide for the hole at the top. Apparently they didn't test it for quality before shipping the product.) I guess we'll see if the lights stay on at all since it's half the size of it should have been. I thought this list was too good to be true. Very disappointed. Feel excluded.
