Mixture of healthy grains, vegetables, legumes, but too many large pellets for my budgies. I put the product in a meat grinder to cut it into granules. Most of these large pellets are thrown out of the feeder, which strikes me as odd since they eat mini-TOPS pellets for small, hooked beaks.
