Review on Kitchen Towels Premium Machine Washable by Natalie Grant

I ordered the burgundy white checked plain weave towels and am very happy with them. This is exactly what I was looking for and couldn't find anywhere else. I'll probably buy more to store away if I need replacements. The fabric is 100% cotton (premium as advertised) and is highly moisture wicking. No doubt they will soften with use/washing. This is NOT terrycloth and NOT microfiber ("microfiber". EEK! I take natural fibers every day, thanks! ;) The color is perfect for my needs and just what I was looking for. They are more dark red/burgundy than maroon. Burgundy has a slight purple hue, mine is dark red. persistent dye; I've washed mine a few times and the color still looks as vibrant as it did when I unpacked it. Also, the red dye didn't get on the white threads at all. Wonderful! They are true to size (18" x 26") and will retain their size and shape after washing in warm water and drying on medium heat. They don't crease or crease (ie don't need to be ironed - not that I spend any time ironing kitchen towels. ;) But very docile nonetheless. They hang and fold very well. I recommend washing them before use, I washed them twice myself in a quick wash. I have not used fabric softener in the wash cycle or in the dryer, nor do I recommend it. Fabric softeners affect the absorbency of cotton. However, they still smell fresh from the detergent I use. This review took a bit of time out of my ridiculous life, but these towels are worth checking out. They are fantastic and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for comfortable kitchen towels at a great price. Look no further, highly recommended! I hope you find this review helpful.
