I bought this on the recommendation of a masseur friend. I am pregnant with baby #2 and had sciatica issues. Using this massager feels AMAZING and has definitely helped my pain. Nice on the back and shoulders too. I found it stuck to the wall well and had enough suction to stay in place during use but didn't cause any damage to the wall when removed. I'm a dental assistant and I do CrossFit so I often get muscle or back pain and this works great! I really like that the material is soft rubber and not hard plastic like many other massagers that end up hurting and bruising.
