I bought this bottle for my husband for Christmas and he loves it not because I gave it to him but because he has a bottle now (back then which he always wanted) . I bought matte black. But before I let him use it, I hand washed it and let it air dry. The only difficulty with this wash (and subsequent ones) was that the top was thin, it looked like it was about to break but it didn't. As such I would advise hand washing and being extremely careful with the top of the seal. He's used it more than once and I've washed it more than once so it's not damaged yet but be careful with it. I would tell the seller/company if you could use a stronger screw or linkage (whatever you use to attach the cap to the real bottle) that would be great, and I might buy one for myself again . Thank you
