Our daughter broke the clasp on her watch/GizmoGadget phone - surprising this didn't happen sooner as the clasp is made of flimsy plastic. I measured the buckle and ordered the size I needed. When the buckle arrived I found I had bought a MUCH larger buckle. I was planning on just living with it as I had messed everything up, but then I got an email from the company and decided to tell them. They said they had a satisfaction guarantee and sent a replacement that was the correct size (18mm if you swap out the buckle for a GizmoGadget) and just asked me to send the large buckle back via US mail for 49 cents. The new buckle came quickly and fits perfectly, easy to install and works great! This is a very high quality buckle and I would highly recommend it for both quality and customer service.
