Bad product or it was RNG
As can be seen in my photos the rubber coating has come loose from the base of the jack/plug insert, it's only held together with a small dab of glue which leaves me the Questioning the integrity of the rest of the product as well as the entire elastic rubber cable can be annoying as it wants to jump away from you. Only 4 hours out of the box
