Works for ALL athletes!

We bought this agility kit for our 12 year old daughter to get fit for the summer. She loves doing different exercises! The Profect Sports YouTube channel really helps to find a lot of training ideas. This can be used for all types of athletes, not just football players and soccer players. We will definitely be buying Profect products again in the future. They sent a detailed PDF with over 20 pages of exercises and of course a YouTube channel.
