Beware, very unsafe

I was exited for my kids age 5 and 8 to play ninja warrior style with this set, however after only 45 days of eventual use it broke, it teared while my youngest son was climbing it, he is 5 years, not heavy and the belt line teared, he had minor bruises and a head bump but it could have been worse, It did not have to do with instalation, it tore in the belt line. Hope to file a complaint and request refund.
