These are my new favorite knives.

I'll admit I was skeptical about the quality of these knives but after trying them I can say I'm very glad I ordered them. The blades are thin, but this makes them light and easy to use. And they are razor sharp! I thought the blades might be too thin and brittle to cut something like a pineapple, but I used a nakiri knife for this and it made the job easier. I use a santoku-style knife for slicing, dicing, and shredding vegetables for roasting. Having nakiri and santoku style knives is a great combination. A nakiri knife has a straight blade that's great for chopping or slicing, while a santoku blade is slightly curved so you can rock and chop with it. I was also a bit concerned that the knives didn't have a full smell, but after using them I can say that they seem to be quite durable and I don't think there will be any problems. Wooden handles are also very useful. Very happy with these knives.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
