This isn't the first time I've used tire plugs, I've been using them for a long time. The good ones will last the life of the tire, even if they offer to bring the tire in for a patch. When I ran out of the more expensive plugs that lasted for years, I decided to buy them. These plugs will work as advertised for a limited time. One lasted two weeks, the other two months. But after a while these forks come out. The material appears to harden, and then air leaks from all sides of the candle. I've experienced this four times in the last few months with these forks. They were mostly small nail holes, nothing big. I will return to the Slime products plugs that last the life of the tire rather than having to remove the tire to patch those plugs. By the way, these plugs are made in China.
