I like the easy to use platform that is flexible enough for multiple departments within an organization. It's also great having real people on the other end of the phone instead of another automated system. The fact that it's integrated with our social CRM and we can access all of our data at one place. Honestly nothing really. If you have a team that likes efficiency then this will be perfect! I am able to quickly screen resumes and interviewers can easily communicate back with applicants. Also being able to see all of the applicant info in one place makes scheduling interviews seamless.
