Reviews mentioning graininess on a bright white background were correct. It definitely has a tingling effect. Other than that, I love everything else about it, and I really don't notice it too much. I also play some games on it and it's great for those colors (generally slightly darker scenes). I also use it to write code and the characters are crisp and clear. I'm using a dark theme for my IDE, so this may reduce the anti-glare visibility. I also had no problem with too much ambient light glare on it. I love that it has USB ports that you can plug into your computer to have a handy USB hub right in front of you. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy it again in a heartbeat. it is better: - More / other types of connectors (particularly HDMI). - Work on the anti-glare so it's not as noticeable on bright/white screens - Maybe a different USB port.
