Unreliable and unresponsive: Luckyway's terrible performance in my experience

Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of working with Luckyway, and it was a complete disaster. Their customer service is nonexistent, to start. I made numerous attempts to get in touch with them to ask about my order, but I never got an answer. It was really annoying and revealed a complete disregard for their clients. Even worse, my order was unfinished and some of the items were broken when it did finally arrive. It was evident that the things had not been packaged or shipped with any care. I attempted to contact them once more to correct the matter, but this time I got no response. Along with having awful customer service and no quality assurance, I discovered that Luckyway's pricing were actually higher than those of several of its rivals. When there are so many other trustworthy and reasonable options available, I just don't see why anyone would choose to do business with them. I had a terrible overall experience with Luckyway. Anyone looking for tools and home improvement supplies should avert this firm at all costs, I would strongly advise.
