Coating incorrect

Received this product and wanted to try it on. Based on the picture you see on the website, it falls from the hip line to just below the bust. It's so inaccurate. It's uncomfortable and I have to constantly tug to adjust it, but I still can't make it feel like the binder I got from the hospital. Very disappointed and can't even return or exchange. I will NEVER buy from this company again.
