I like that you can easily see all your metrics from one place as well as insights into how users interact with content through heat maps or other tools for analysis (like geolocation). It's not always easy getting reports out quickly enough when an issue arises but they're working hard at improving this area so it is worth reporting issues early! We've been able use decibels analytics dashboard very effectively during our campaign launch process by providing real-time feedback which has resulted in improved engagement throughout social media channels - both organic & paid campaigns alike.
