Review on Efficient and Convenient: LactaMed Simplicity ๐Ÿงก Hands Free Pumping Bra Kit in Vibrant Orange by Carol Taylor

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I wanted one but it just didn't work out

seriously this thing is horrible. I have no idea why he has such a high rating. I wanted to like it, but it just didn't work out. Here's why: 1) The protrusion covers the nipple so you can't see the nipple's position in the flange. This makes setup very difficult. 2) So. A lot of. spilled. Milk. It seriously didn't stay in place. Maybe this will work for you if you have small boobs, I'm 34G and they haven't stayed. 3) oops, that metal clip hurts! If you have a small band size, you need to tighten the band a lot. And the clip really holds. o.4) cannot breastfeed at the same time. If you're only using this on one breast, you'll have to completely readjust it. And it feels very free. You're just holding the flange anyway - pointless. 5) If you don't tighten it enough to stop the flow, the straps won't hold a couple of ounces. Once the bottles get heavy, they will sag. And a leak. Not cool 6) Neck pain. Literally. Unlike other pump bras that distribute the weight across your shoulders like a regular bra, this one only hurts your neck. Which is probably already sore from breastfeeding. 7) When you get it to make it easier for you to massage while pumping. Do not worry. You can massage just as easily (actually easier) with a conventional pump bra.8) on the display. I didn't consider that before, but if you're planning on rocking in a slightly open area (like in a car) then you're completely bare on top. At least the traditional pump bras give you some coverage. Conclusion: It's garbage. Don't waste money.

Pros
  • finally bought it
Cons
  • sad packaging
