Excellent quality. OK attitude.
I have purchased many Wavlink docks for my business and have not had any problems with any of them. To do this I have to download and install the drivers from their website while others install through windows. Just a minor inconvenience. My only real complaint is that if you turn off the power, the dock won't turn back on when power returns. learned that the hard way. Otherwise an excellent product. I have already bought and installed a second one.
