I'm disappointed in this product, it had great reviews but it looked fine on arrival but after inspecting it there were a lot of demarcations in the areas around the edge where the water was flowing out and onto the handle. like it's been used or seconds after paying close to $50 for something that's already showing signs of wear it's disappointing. I tried to contact the company via email (b.card was attached) for direct contact and the email came back undeliverable? The quality did not match the description. UPDATE Fredrik personally contacted me after I issued a refund which I have now cancelled. After two more attempts to get me a decent pitcher we were successful today. He admitted a bad batch had been received which is understandable but how he handled it was in terms of customer service. He asked me to donate the other jars he received. Than you Kosdeg excellent customer service. I'm ready to enjoy my mug.
