Great product, great price especially with subscription and save This ACV has almost none unlike others I've tried smell and taste. It's not a big problem, but it's important. ACV has many proven properties and is very beneficial to our body. It has anti-inflammatory properties and can help with arthritis. It's also an antifungal that helps with both candidiasis (a fungal infection that can affect the mouth, esophagus, and stomach) and SIBO (bacterial overgrowth of the small intestine). Both affect the gastrointestinal tract and can cause many uncomfortable symptoms. SIBO is actually very common in our society due to the large amount of refined, processed foods available here in the US. Many people with gastrointestinal disorders can have SIBO without even realizing it. I am not a doctor but based on my personal results with apple cider vinegar I would recommend this product. It helped with my arthritis as well as candida and SIBO (combined with changing my diet and taking a few other supplements: fish oil, flaxseed oil, and coconut oil).
