. To be honest I'm not sure if I need it or not, it helped. You have to be very careful or you might feel like your clitoris or anus is burning from the heat of the mint. I think it sounds strange, but if your skin has ever touched something so cold that you feel strangely hot, you would understand. Also, I used this when I was wearing one of these dependent types of underwear after giving birth and it was summer so it didn't stay in the same area so I didn't live with this product because of that. Probably better for those with winter kids. Small things have a big impact. I bought it when I was pregnant with my first child who was born on 06/19/2020. Bought 2 to be safe. I figured it's better to have too much than too little and maybe I can find another use which I'm trying to do now because I only used half of the 1st jar and cured in just 2 weeks. Of course I'm still a bit sensitive, but this area has largely healed. I felt some relief, but somehow the balm is so strong that I wondered if it was real relief or if it was so strong that another feeling was distracting me from the pain so much. But definitely buy a spray. This is absolutely necessary! It's not that expensive, so there's no harm in trying. Just make sure you're not allergic to any of these natural ingredients or it sure hurts to try lol.
