I really love this suitcase! I bought it for a trip from Seattle to San Jose and then to Las Vegas and back to Seattle and the suitcase held up amazingly! The plastic shell seems to be very durable and able to withstand any impacts that a suitcase may face.The wheels glide very easily along cement, wood floors, carpet and tile and the suitcase even when full shows the same smooth glide as when it is empty. The 360* wheel ability is great for if you need to turn around or go around a corner without having to put into consideration the suitcase and its abilities. The zippers and the handle are both very well made and have shown to be very reliable. When I packed the suitcase (without any consideration as to heavy things on the bottom), the suitcase stood on its own without tipping over, which is a huge plus as previous suitcases I had were notorious with falling forward with clothes and shoes in them. Though, when first opened, the suitcase's interior smelled strongly of fabric chemicals, I found that a quick fix is to put dryer sheets into the suitcase and after a few hours the suitcase smells just fine. The zipper in the lining of the suitcase was very handy to put an extra bag or purse into the bottom of it without taking up too much space. Both the interior and exterior quality and design of this suitcase is amazing and I would definitely refer a friend and/or buy again.
