Review on Thunderbolt 3 Dual-Slot M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure with Thunderbolt 2 Compatibility for New M1 CPU by Marcus West

My Drobo 5D died (fourth in 10 years) connected to a 2011 iMac via Thunderbolt 1. I decided it was time to move on to more reliable storage. I liked the value for money of the NVME M.2 and decided to purchase this dual drive NVME enclosure. I connected it to my iMac using an Apple Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter and lo and behold, it worked flawlessly. The trebeleet was well packaged, with quality TB3 cable, screwdriver, allen wrench and heat transfer spacers. I have bought other heat transfer pads with copper plates but ended up dropping them as the trebleet needs a very thick pad due to the large gap between the NVME card and the screwed down cover. I am very satisfied as it worked great under load. and it has an additional TB3 connector to daisy chain another drive enclosure as my storage needs grow. When I upgrade my iMac to a newer model later this year, this storage box is future proof and will just work.
