This is without a doubt the best purchase I have made since I had serious back and shoulder problems ten years ago. Until I bought it last month (September 2020), I hadn't slept in bed in a number of years due to post-op adjustment (at best) or excruciating pain (worst). I slept in a chair that I padded with various orthopedic pillows and pillows. It looked completely ridiculous but it was the only way to sleep at all, but it was never a good night's sleep or a decent duration. 40+ to mid 60's. The first night I received the Wedge system I slept in my bed for three full hours (although I've since forgotten my sleep count from that night). It may not sound like much, but it was amazing to me. Since then I've steadily increased the amount of sleep in my bed and my sleep score is now averaging 70 and has been 86 for a few nights. It may sound dramatic when I say this is life. - changes, but it was.
