Boring white socks stink! These are very comfortable and beautiful long socks ideal for the cold and wet Seattle fall and winter. They can even serve as "official" socks since they are black. Nobody will notice the difference! They last quite a long time, usually at least a year before a hole appears in them, especially longer now during the pandemic as I only have to wear socks once a week when I go shopping these days.
