Initially we were happy with the comfort of this mattress topper but after 1 year and 8 months (1 year warranty expired) it started to sag. in this. It's some kind of internal error that we can't fix. If there was indeed a leak, maybe we could fix it, but an internal bug? So $150 down the drain (although we used them for 1 year and 8 months).
