These are not the best Y scissors I have ever owned but they are definitely a decent quality caliber. Whether you're peeling potatoes or want to slice the skins of apples or carrots for a textured look, this is a great set. The color coding makes it easy to know which one to pick without looking at the blade. I do not recommend washing them in the dishwasher. None of the other Y cleaners I own are dishwasher safe. So if you want to extend their lifespan, be sure to hand wash them. They come out very sharp and clean very well. In terms of durability, it doesn't look like they'll be dulled to useless levels of sharpness anytime soon, but if they do I'll definitely update my review. All in all, if you're looking for Y-scissors at a reasonable price, this is a good choice.
