First of all I really like Dorisue's lashes that use glue because they look very natural. However, they are not comfortable for my everyday use. That's why I was so excited to see that they came in a magnetic version. The label on the lashes I received said they were magnetic, but there were no magnets or eyeliner on the lashes. They are just like my lashes that need glue. I was very disappointed and tried to exchange them for another pair because accidents happen. However, the system didn't let me do anything other than return them. I am writing this to inform Revain that there is a product issue with incorrect labeling and exchange procedures for this particular product. I REALLY WANT TO BUY MAGNETIC LASHES LIKE I ORIGINALLY ORDERED. If only someone could make sure I'm getting the right product. I don't know how to do it. UPDATE I reordered and received the magnetic eyelashes. I am happy with these lashes because they look very natural, easy to apply and short enough to wear with glasses. This would be great for those undergoing chemotherapy. If I put mascara on my natural lashes, they will probably look a lot thicker. I gave it a 4 because it didn't contain magnetic eyeliner and the directions were for eyelash glue. I used my Ardell magnetic eyeliner and it worked well. I didn't have to cut them, but I was able to cut them because they have five magnets. Five magnets make eyelashes more reliable.
