Review on Baofeng Battery Charger 100v-240v with US Adapter and USB Charger Cable for DM-5R UV-5R UV-5RA UV-5RE BF-F8HP UV-5X3 UV-R3 V2+ Plus Series Two-Way Radio Walkie Talkie by David Stewart

I ordered this a while ago to replace the cable that came with my original radio and base kit. That original cable didn't work and I figured this one would fix it quicker, dumbass. This cable arrived and just last weekend (after the return window closed) I opened it up only to find the cable was broken, the power wire was exposed and the ground wire was broken. As the package was placed in a small envelope and sealed heavily with tape it may have been damaged in transit although I did not find any damage to the packaging. All in all I would say this company has a quality control issue and if you order from them open it as soon as you receive it and make sure everything works. I'm not the first reviewer with charger issues like this.
