These are the best electrolytes I have found. They're expensive but I think they're worth it. I've looked everywhere and couldn't find an electrolyte powder that didn't have a bunch of extras, namely zinc. I don't think you need zinc in your electrolyte drink because you may actually have too much zinc. So if it contains zinc, it limits the amount you can take in a day. It doesn't have this problem. No sugar or sugar substitutes either! The taste is good, it doesn't mix the best but that's to be expected. The more water you use, the better it mixes. It was perfect for my pregnant bride. During some pregnancies she was so dehydrated that she had to drink once or twice a week. I mix them for her every day and we haven't gone to the clinic for that yet!
