Review on Vionic Women's Storm Active Sneaker: Premium Athletic Shoes for Women by Samantha Ballard

I'm looking for cheap hiking shoes for travel - not like fitness shoes. I have plantar fasciitis so Vionics seemed like a good choice. I'm usually 7-7 1/2 with medium width and fairly high arch; After reading a ton of reviews I decided on the 7. It's hard to put on because, as the reviewers said, they don't open up like running shoes. It fit and felt great on my leg, but it was too short! I'll come back and try to decide if 7/12 would do, maybe try 8. The shoes themselves are much prettier than the photos. Low profile and slim at the foot.
