Updated 8/19/20. I love this phone even more than before. It's much faster than my research laptop. The other day the fingerprint function was blocked and couldn't read my fingerprint. After a few tries, I rebooted the phone (rebooted, not to factory settings) and voila, the fingerprint scanner was working fine again. I highly recommend this phone if you are looking for a cheap Android phone. It's worth it! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Updated 5/2/20. I still love this phone! The plastic screen protector that came on the phone was scratched, but thanks to another reviewer, I found out that iPhone Xs Max screen protectors work for this phone as well. So I ordered a set of 4 which arrived today. Easy installation, perfect fit. Hard tempered glass so the screen is really protected now. There are also cases made specifically for the X19, but these are harder to find and shipping is slower. The first phone had a speaker problem. I didn't hear the caller but they heard me. Exchange for a replacement that arrived a day earlier than expected. Raven is great at it! The phone was easy to set up and transfer everything from the old phone to the new one. It's much faster than my Moto e4. And I like the huge amount of memory! The screen is very responsive and the phone works well. I like that it supports Wi-Fi calling. Not my old, old Blue. Moto does, but only 2 gigabytes wasn't enough storage space. This X19 is a great deal. I would like a gradient model, but it wasn't available. The black back with the case was hard to see against the dark background, so I cut out a thin piece of Mylar that fit the case, with matching holes, and placed it between the case and the phone. Now the phone is clearly visible on any background. And if I get tired of the color, I can always change it. Haven't used the camera much yet so can't review it but will update in a few weeks after more use. Basically, I am very happy with the phone.
