Excellent etched blanks. They have a protective film on both sides. They still arrived scratched and worn but that's not a big issue as I only wanted them for personal use and they aren't deep scratches so they can probably be polished. I used them to make my dog tags using my cricket maker and etching tip. Arrived great. I've tried one of each and engraved them on both sides with no problems. The only problem I had was that the hearts are so small that it is difficult to glue them to the mat and keep them from moving when etched, but after some trial and error I finally got it made. I've found that they stick better if I leave the protective film on the backing when sticking it to the mat. I would definitely order them again. I just wish the hearts were a little bigger.
