Review on Mineral Element Oval Steel Roasting by Harley Franchetti

I have all the deBuyer Mineral B Prop pans, paella pans, rustic pans and love them all. So when I needed an oval brazier, I chose one of these. She's almost perfect. The problem is that it warps/warps. I thought the first one was a coincidence so I actually bought the second one. I suspect the oval shape is more prone to warping on a round platter, but if it were a bit thicker it would probably solve the problem. I know - don't use high heat etc, but the reasons I love argon pans are: 1) good non-stick coating and 2) not afraid of overuse, be it metal cookware or heat. So this pan only gets 4 instead of the 5 I gave the other pans in this series.
