Review on OXO Good Grips Silicone Pastry Mat, Tan, Size: One by Bryan Reed

While I like most OXO products, this one is clearly useless! For rolling out dough I found it terrible, even with refrigerated dough, well floured and product well floured, the dough was still sticky when rolling out. I had to use a paring knife to remove it. To me this product is worse than useless because it sticks to it less than it does to other things like my plain countertop. Silicone isn't the best option for nonstick coatings, but I think it works well in advertising. Bakers save your good old pastry napkins, they will work much better!
